Who we are

This website belongs to Noor Al Hayat for Care, a home healthcare service in the Kingdom of Bahrain. For anything about your privacy, use the phone or WhatsApp number at the bottom of this page.

What this website collects

This website does not store anything you type. The “Request care” form sends nothing to our servers: it opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message that you see before sending, and it only reaches us if you press Send. The website currently uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

When you contact us

If you message or call us, we use what you share (such as your name, phone number and health details) only to reply and arrange care. We treat health information as confidential and share it only with the team members providing care, or with your doctor with your consent. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details and care notes only as long as we need them to provide care, or longer where the law requires, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data under Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018). Send your request on WhatsApp or call us.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
